Project description

SRA Costruzioni took part in the restoration and renovation of 20 ACER public housing apartments in the municipality of Faenza that had been damaged by flooding.

The works, carried out in 2025–2026, involved an extensive building programme to recover damaged living spaces and restore the properties to a functional, habitable condition.

An initial phase of demolition and removal of damaged parts was followed by reconstruction, restoration and finishing of the interiors.

  • Preparation and restoration of masonry substrates.
  • Renewal of internal plasterwork.
  • Restoration of screeds and laying surfaces.
