1. What cookies are
Cookies and similar technologies (such as the browser's localStorage) are small pieces of information a website saves on the user's device to remember browsing data or preferences.
2. Strictly necessary tools
sragroup-consent (localStorage, first party): stores your cookie choices so the banner does not appear on every visit. It stays until you clear it in your browser or we update the categories. No consent required.
The staff-only area (/backend) uses two first-party technical cookies: sra_crm (sign-in session, deleted when the browser closes) and crm_lang (panel language, 12 months). They do not concern website visitors.
3. Analytics cookies
The website currently uses no analytics cookies.
If statistics tools (for example Google Analytics 4) are enabled in the future, they will load only after consent to the "Analytics" category and this page will be updated with the list of cookies.
4. Third-party content
Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd.): the map on the Contact page loads only if you accepted the "Marketing" category or click "Show map". Once loaded, Google may set its own cookies (for example NID). Privacy notice: policies.google.com/privacy.
Google Fonts: the website's typefaces are downloaded from Google's servers, which receive the IP address but set no cookies.
The request form uses internal anti-spam checks that set no cookies.
5. Managing your preferences
You can change or withdraw consent at any time through the "Cookie preferences" link in the website footer. You can also delete cookies and site data from your browser settings.
